Lisa has worked in the nonprofit sector for the entire course of her professional life. Over 30+ years, Lisa has held the roles of executive director, fundraiser and grant writer, program developer and manager, event planner, strategic planner, community organizer, advocacy campaign strategist and manager, community leader, coalition builder, board member, volunteer and more. She has helped to create enduring organizations that continue today and she approaches her work with excellence and joy.
Her vision is that Rivers Crossed Consulting will become a resource for new and established organizations as they seek to strengthen their work, engage their constituents, and build effective and inclusive efforts that strengthen our communities.
